There is a problem w/ the relay.decf SSL certificate. We'd renewed the certificate a month ago but it wasn't obvious there was a problem until the old one expired today, Tuesday 9/14 after 4PM.
We're looking into the problem and will update as we find out more.

The certificate problem has been fixed.
